Wholesale Terms and Conditions

For Wholesalers

1. You must be a retailer.
2. Wholesale buyers can log into our Wholesale section to receive discounted wholesale prices after approved!
3. Once your wholesale order request is received we will review your order and calculate your shipping and handling charges. You will receive a confirmation email showing your order, which will be followed by a PayPal invoice.
4. Wholesale orders are currently shipping in 1-2 weeks. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and will be made as the orders are put in.
5. Payments: PayPal payments at this time.
6. Each order must meet minimum order amount of $100.
7. Returns/Refunds: All Sales Are Final due to the nature of the products. We do not accept returns on Wholesale orders. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented on our behalf.
8. Brittany's Boutique products may NOT be resold on eBay, Etsy, or any other auction marketplace.
9. Limited: We do offer some products that are limited. Limited means we have a certain quantity of them. These products will be sold only while supplies last.
10. All Brittany's Boutique products must be sold and advertised as Brittany's Boutique or Addi Bug designs.
11. You can charge our Retail Prices, but MANY boutiques charge more to increase their profit margins! Brittany's Boutique products easily bring in more than our retail prices! You can choose your own prices.

For Drop Shippers

1. You must be a retailer.
2. Dropshippers will use the regular checkout process, but will be provided a discount code. Be sure and enter your customer's address, but your billing info!
3. Dropshipping orders are currently shipping 10-14 days.
4. All Brittany's Boutique products must be sold and advertised as Brittany's Boutique or Addi Bug designs.
5. You can charge our Retail Prices, but MANY boutiques charge more to increase their profit margins! Brittany's Boutique products easily bring in more than our retail prices! You can choose your own prices.

By placing your Wholesale order you acknowledge receipt of and agree to our terms and conditions.

Once we receive your application we will review it, and if approved, will activate your Wholesale Account. You will get an email when your account has been activated. You will then be able to go to our Wholesale section here at our website and place your order!
